The Andermatt Swiss Alps Golf Course is located directly on the edge of the village, between the still young Reuss river and the mountains. It was developed ecologically and fits perfectly into the nature of the Ursern Valley. The Scottish-style course offers both enthusiastic recreational and ambitious tournament golfers an impressive game.
Embedded in spectacular scenery
The Andermatt Swiss Alps Golf Course is 1.3 million square metres in size and over six kilometres long. The 18-hole course meets international tournament standards. Alpine elements such as rock formations, flower meadows, streams and lakes make up the course designed by the renowned architect Kurt Rossknecht. The wind, which can blow briskly through the Ursern Valley, poses a sporting challenge and complements the golfing pleasure perfectly.
