Together for a safe and outstanding experience

The Federal Council has lifted the nationwide protection measures as of Friday, 31 March.

Stay safe and have fun: that's our motto on the mountain anyway. Let's work together to ensure an outdoor experience that is not only particularly beautiful, but also particularly safe.

Regulations

Status: 31 March 2022

  • No compulsory wearing of masks inside mountain railways, in gondolas and on public transport

  • No compulsory wearing of masks in shops and in indoor areas of restaurants as well as of publicly accessible facilities, businesses and events

  • No certificate obligation to indoor areas of restaurants, bars as well as at events

For entry into Switzerland, neither a vaccination, convalescence or negative test certificate nor a completed entry form must be presented.

We recommend that you continue to observe the hygiene measures and distances. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, this decision will of course be respected.
