Covid-19

Together for a safe and outstanding experience

In addition to the Covid-19 measures adopted by the Federal Office of Public Health, the canton, and the industry associations, we have established guidelines for your and our protection. Version: 18 December 2021

Our safety measures in the gondolas

Stay safe and have fun: that's our motto on the mountain. Let's work together to ensure an outdoor experience that is not only particularly pleasant, but also particularly safe.

In the queuing areas

  • With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.

  • Wear a mask in enclosed waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.

  • Always maintain the required minimum distance of 1.5 metres.

In the cableways

  • The windows in the cableways will be open during the trip, weather permitting.

  • Wearing a mask in mandatory on all closed gondolas and lifts. Masks do not need to be worn on open gondolas and lifts.

  • The Gurschen, Gemsstock, Disentis-Caischavedra and Sedrun-Cuolm da Vi gondolas will operate with a maximum capacity of 70%.

Our safety measures in the restaurants

Versoion: 18 December 2021

In accordance with the decision of the Federal Council on 20 December, the 2G rule (vaccinated or recovered) will apply to all restaurants and events instead of 3G. This means that only vaccinated or recovered persons will have access to the interior of restaurants, bars or lunchrooms. In addition, masks and seating are compulsory. Persons who only have a test certificate are no longer allowed to enter.

When entering, we ask that you have a valid Swiss or EU Covid certificate ready for presentation, along with an official identity document (annual pass is not considered an official identity document). Proof of having suffered from a Covid illness (medical attestations, orders lifting quarantine, laboratory certificate, cantonal confirmations, etc.) or a vaccination booklet will not be accepted. Because of the obligation to present a Covid certificate, the lunchroom on Nätschen will remain closed. Until further notice, the Gurschen and Milez lunchrooms are open.

Après-ski train: The two après-ski trains will not be operated until further notice.
