Andermatt - Lago di Lucendro

The tour starts in Andermatt and takes you along the Reuss towards Hospental. From there, the continuous ascent towards the Gotthard Pass begins. Shortly before the pass summit, you turn off onto a natural road that leads you through the impressive high mountain landscape to the Alpe di Lucendro at around 2,181 m above sea level. The view of Lago di Lucendro, one of the most striking reservoirs in the Gotthard region, is breathtaking. The route impresses with its varied route and impressive landscapes. The alternation between historic mountain passes, modern roads and natural Alpine scenery is particularly exciting.
