Immerse yourself in the fascinating history of the Gotthard Railway and discover lovingly crafted models and layouts at the clubhouse near the Göschenen train station. The exhibition traces the early days of the Gotthard Railway with impressive model train operations and highly detailed replicas of the Göschenen, Wassen, and Amsteg-Silenen stations. Highlights include various bridge models such as the Travi and Kellerbach bridges, the “Dazio Grande” module on the southern side of the Alps, and a display of the Winterthur locomotive depot.
