Passadis 2025 - Strolling Together Through Space and Time

Even 300 years ago, young monks were "parametrically modeling". For over a thousand years, people have been asking how to lead a good life – a question that's particularly complicated because of the presence of others. Do you hear what the traditional name "Dissentis/Mustér" is trying to say? The entrepreneur, social worker, and artist Stefan M. Seydel strolls across the suspension bridge #LaPendenta, up to #SognValentin, across to #Caschlatsch, down to the Rhine, engaging children and other curious minds in stimulating conversations along the way.
Every Friday from July 4th to August 8th, we will walk after the mass with the convent in the Benedictine monastery church of St. Martin, across to the parametrically modeled suspension bridge #LaPendenta, up to #SognValentin, across to the post-parametrically modeled #Caschlatsch, down to the Rhine, engaging children and other curious individuals in 14 distinctions that make a practical difference. Answerable questions are not genuine questions - and transitions, connect.
Time: Fridays, from July 4th to August 8th, 2025
Meeting point: 07:30 AM Mass of the convent in the monastery church of St. Martin or 08:15 AM at the stairs to the monastery church
Ends at 11:00 AM at the playground of the TCS Camping site Fontanivas or at 11:30 AM at Disentis train station
Duration: approx. 4h (from 07:30/08:15 AM to 11:00/11:30 AM)
Cost: voluntary contribution (Cash, Twint, or Bitcoin)
Important: Will take place in any weather condition. Please bring appropriate clothing. A walking stick & a small snack for in-between are also welcome. Insurance is the responsibility of each participant.
Participants: max. 30 people
Minimum age: Suitable for hiking enthusiasts from agile children to sure-footed seniors
