The Bike & Hike day pass is valid all day, including bike transport, on the following Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis facilities:

• Cuolm da Vi cable car

• Caischavedra cable car

• Caischavedra chairlift

Please note: The Gemsstock cable car (Andermatt–Gurschen / Gurschen–Gemsstock) is not in operation during the summer.

• No, the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway is not included in the ticket.

• Separate tickets must be purchased for passenger and bicycle transport on the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway network.

• Please note: Reservations may be required for bicycle transport.

No, ski passes, regardless of the number of days, are personal and non-transferable.

• The family discount for day tickets and single and return journeys from Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis is only available at the ticket office.

• The family discount applies to a minimum of three paying persons. It is required that at least one and no more than two adult guardians, as well as at least one child (up to and including 15 years old), are included.

• Other accompanying persons are excluded from the family discount.

• Access to Andermatt–Sedrun and all Vail Resorts ski areas worldwide (e.g. Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Breckenridge, Park City).

• Access to European partner areas, including:

  • Crans-Montana & Verbier 4 Vallées (Switzerland)

  • Les 3 Vallées (France)

  • Skirama Dolomiti (Italy)

  • Ski Arlberg (Austria)

• New from winter season 25/26: Access to all lifts in Disentis.

• To ski in Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis, Epic Pass holders need an ASD access card.

• This access card can be obtained at the ticket counters in:

  • Andermatt

  • Sedrun

  • Disentis

• To obtain the card, you must present your Epic Pass and a valid identity card.

Upgrade for Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn An optional upgrade can be purchased at the ticket office:

• Up to 7 consecutive days: CHF 50

• Unlimited access for the 2026/27 winter season: CHF 150

Single tickets for the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn Without an upgrade, single tickets and day tickets for the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn can be purchased at the standard rate directly from the ticket machine or at the ticket office.

• All overnight guests in the Andermatt or Disentis Sedrun Holiday Region who spend at least one night in taxable accommodation (according to the Tourism Act).

• It is not relevant whether the guests stay in the accommodation free of charge or for a fee.

• Single travellers, families, second residents and permanent tenants with a holiday apartment rental contract of at least 1 year and including persons living in the same household.

The cards can be obtained from the Holiday Region where the guest tax is paid.

• Yes, all tickets are personal and non-transferable.

• A separate Guest Card must be issued for each person aged 6 and over.

• When using the «Mountain & Train» ticket or the summer season ticket on the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, it is recommended that you carry official identification with you.

• No, Guest Cards can only be purchased online.

• However, it is possible to print out the guest card in the guest card module.

• As the Guest Cards are issued digitally, Guest Cards cannot be lost.

• Guest cards and booked services can be called up in the user profile at any time.

• In order to benefit from the services of the Guest Card, it is essential to present the Guest Card via smartphone or printout.

• The accommodation or tourist information centre can help with printing out the Guest Card via the respective user account.

• Enter the discount code on the shopping basket page.

• Ensure that it is spelt correctly (upper/lower case & special characters).

• Many discount codes are only valid for a single item in the shopping basket.

• If you are purchasing multiple tickets, please place separate orders to ensure that the code is applied correctly.

• Please check whether your credit card is enabled for 3-D Secure.

• Without 3-D Secure, payments cannot be accepted for security reasons.

• If 3-D Secure is not enabled: Set it up with your card provider or choose another payment method to complete your purchase.

• Check whether TWINT is currently experiencing any disruptions or maintenance work. You can find the status here.

• Ensure that you have sufficient mobile reception or Wi-Fi.

• Close the TWINT app completely and restart it.

• If it still doesn't work, select a different payment method.

• According to the Terms and Conditions (Section 4.2.8), refunds for half-price subscriptions are not possible under any circumstances.

Epic Passes are non-refundable, except as provided in the Epic Coverage terms and conditions.

Guest card

• Cannot be cancelled as it is free of charge

Guest card plus mountain & train, guest card plus mountain & train group

• In exceptional cases (accident/illness/death and/or on presentation of a doctor's certificate) a cancellation or refund is possible.

• The cancellation request can be sent to info@andermatt.swiss or info@disentis-sedrun.ch.

A refund is only possible under the following condition:

• All mountain railways and the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway (or an equivalent replacement service) are out of operation for the entire period of validity.

In this case, the general terms and conditions (GTC) of the respective operators apply. If they decide to issue a refund, the ‘Mountain&TrainTicket’ will also be refunded accordingly.

No refund will be issued if:

• individual means of transport are in operation

• replacement services are available
