Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG operates the ski areas Gemsstock, Nätschen-Gütsch-Schneehüenerstock and Sedrun-Oberalp under the name SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun.
Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG operates various mountain restaurants and bars, the Swiss Snowsports School Andermatt and the Gleis0 sports shop.
The shares of Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG are held 55 percent by Vail Resort, Inc, just under 40 percent by Andermatt Swiss Alps AG and around 5 percent by private investors.
Bergbahnen Disentis AG
Bergbahnen Disentis AG was founded in 1969 with the aim of developing tourism in Disentis and the ski area, which reaches up to 3,000 metres above sea level.
Today, in addition to the Disentis ski area, Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates the entire mountain gastronomy, the Catrina Resort with 140 rental flats, the Catrina Hotel, the Catrina Lodge, the Catrina Hostel and the Catrina Sportshops.
With the opening of the Sedrun - Cuolm da Vi gondola lift in 2019, a direct connection was created from the Disentis ski area to Sedrun railway station and thus to the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun.
The majority of shares in Bergbahnen Disentis AG are held by private investors.
