Your family week at Catrina Resort

Wurzelwerk is a five-day project for families in the family destination of Disentis. It offers a unique combination of holiday time, professional coaching, cultural education and sustainable family strengthening. You stay directly on site at the Catrina Resort.

A week in the mountains where you build new resources – sometimes together, sometimes individually. Children enjoy an inspiring cultural programme, while parents focus on what makes them strong. During free time, shared lunches and moments in nature, you grow together as a family.

Together with experienced cultural facilitators Benno Muheim, Ursina and Daniel Mathéus, the children create a large wooden sculpture on the Piazza Catrina in Disentis.

You will discover what supports and carries you as a family. You work with your strengths and learn self-care that works in everyday life. You explore how communication within the family can become easier. All scientifically grounded and highly practical.
