Description

The Salbithütte is located at 2105 m above sea level in the Göscheneralp and has a lot to offer. In addition to the unique view, the Salbithütte has a lot to offer, including delicious food from its own alpine garden. The hut is well-known for families with children, but is also located in the middle of one of Switzerland's most famous climbing paradises. The Salbit suspension bridge has made the landscape even more famous. Thanks to the suspension bridge, other multi-day tours are also possible.

The route starts at the train station in Göschenen and first heads north over the bridge to a parking lot. At the end of the parking lot, hikers can follow the signpost and turn left. After passing the church, follow the markings to the well-maintained mountain path, which climbs steadily through the wooded slopes up to the Regliberg, where you have a great view of the Göscheneralp Valley. From there, continue up to the Salbithütte.
