GTT Bristen - Sedrun 2nd stage

Description
We hike into the Etzli valley, where we reach the Etzli floor over two terrain steps. After a short ascent, we arrive at the Etzli hut. From the terrace our view wanders into the Chrüzli valley up to the Chrüzlipass, which has been used for centuries as a pilgrim and mule track. On the Chrüzlipass we stand for a moment directly above the tunnel pipe! Upon reaching Val Strem, the untouched valley impresses us with the lively creek, the lush meadows with cotton grass, and the view of the Oberalpstock. At the Bauns waterfalls we look down towards Sedrun. However, we cannot continue on the planned route here because a rockfall blocked the valley in March 2016. So we tackle the steep climb to Alp Caschlé. Once at the top, we count the mountain peaks from Piz Badus, Piz Gannaretsch to Piz Medel and other three-thousanders in between. On the following valley hike to Sedrun, the sun is always on our faces.
