Description

Get out of the house, put on your socks and running shoes! We start jogging easily at the train station, the small uphill sections barely take us out of the aerobic energy metabolism. Once we reach the paved road above the railway line, it even steadily goes downhill. We circle the village of Rueras in a bow down to the Rhine, where we greet the coolness through the forest on the other side of the river. In between, we take a look at the floodplain forest on the left side, which was created after the construction of NEAT. The asphalted, practically traffic-free road rises again up to Surrein, as well as the last section up to the village.
