Trun valley route

Quickly on the bike - not too many elevation meters await us. We pedal out of the village on asphalt until the impressive avalanche dam Cartatscha. On a natural road it now continues, past the chapel Nossadunna dalla Glisch to the alpine farm Planatsch. We now switch to a singletrail and enjoy the descent to Rabius. The village is quickly crossed and we are already on the right side of the Rhine in Surrein. The church tower shelters countless bats in summer, but during the day nothing flutters around our heads. Shortly before the destination, we make a detour on the art path along the Rhine. Getting out of the saddle from time to time is a must, as the art objects arouse curiosity.
