The Andermatt Holiday Region comprises the six municipalities of Andermatt, Hospental, Realp, Göschenen, Wassen and Gurtnellen. Andermatt itself is the largest town in the holiday region. Zumdorf - situated between Hospental and Realp - is the smallest village in the region and indeed in the whole of Switzerland, which is why it was politically incorporated into the municipality of Hospental.
