Description
Spacious group house with around 50 beds in the centre of Sedrun, just a five-minute walk from the train station and indoor swimming pool. The Steil'alva house is particularly suitable for schools, families, groups and music societies. The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a small lounge and storage and drying rooms in the basement. On the ground floor there is a lounge of around 80 m² and a forecourt for rehearsals, games or sports. The 10 rooms are spread over two floors. Access by car and bus is possible directly to the house. The house is always rented exclusively to one group.
