Gemeinde Tujetsch

Tujetsch is the name for the entire valley, for the entire political municipality. Tujetsch is therefore not a village, but comprises the following 11 fractions: Tschamut, Selva, Dieni, Rueras, Zarcuns, Camischolas, Gionda, Sedrun, Bugnei, Surrein and Cavorgia. Sedrun is the political and ecclesiastical capital of Tujetsch. The name Sedrun is better known than Tujetsch and is therefore sometimes used for the entire valley.
