La Conditoria SEDRUN SWITZERLAND
Description
Probably the smallest nut cake in the world
Master confectioner Reto Schmid's version of Graubünden's most famous speciality measures four centimetres - no more than a five-libre cake. The 19 gram delicacy is his invention. The mini tartlet has already won several prizes. Like its larger counterpart, it is made from shortcrust pastry with a filling of honey, walnuts and caramel. Make a stop at the Conditoria Schmid in Sedrun.
