La Conditoria SEDRUN SWITZERLAND

Description

Probably the smallest nut cake in the world

Master confectioner Reto Schmid's version of Graubünden's most famous speciality measures four centimetres - no more than a five-libre cake. The 19 gram delicacy is his invention. The mini tartlet has already won several prizes. Like its larger counterpart, it is made from shortcrust pastry with a filling of honey, walnuts and caramel. Make a stop at the Conditoria Schmid in Sedrun.

You will find the perfect gift for any time of year in the new gourmet shop with an insight into chocolate production. Test articles are also offered at special conditions.
