The earlier, the better. For larger groups, we recommend submitting your enquiry several weeks in advance.
Yes. Adjustments are generally possible as long as capacity is available.
Our Group & Event Operations Center team supports you from your initial enquiry through planning and right up to the day of your event. Depending on the programme, additional contacts such as ski instructors or restaurant managers may also assist you.
Yes. Special group rates and dedicated group offers are available. Conditions vary depending on the season and the selected offer.
Simple group tickets for the mountain railways can be reserved in advance using our group booking form.
Yes. Depending on the booking, tickets can be prepared in advance, stored for collection, issued as a group or sent by mail. A postage fee applies for shipping. Please note that shipped tickets cannot be returned. Changes to the number of lift tickets are only possible if the tickets are collected on the day of the event.
Yes. Selected lifts (Gütsch-Express and Gemsstock cable car) can be booked exclusively outside regular operating hours or as part of special rides. Exclusive rides are not available on the Schneehüenerstock-Express.
Ideally several weeks or even months in advance, especially during the winter season.
Yes. Groups can book ski or snowboard lessons for beginners, intermediate, advanced or mixed ability levels.
Yes. Participants are grouped by the ski school based on the skill levels provided during registration.
Yes. For larger groups, multiple ski and snowboard instructors will be arranged accordingly.
No. Many race formats are specifically designed for recreational and leisure groups.
Yes. Sledges can be reserved as part of a group package.
Yes. Many groups deliberately choose the sledging experience as an alternative to a traditional ski day.
Yes. Rental equipment can be reserved in advance for the entire group, subject to availability. Ski boots and helmets can also be rented. You will receive a group form to specify your equipment requirements.
Yes. Depending on the size of your group and the type of event, we will put together suitable menu and aperitif suggestions for you.
Yes. Please let us know about any special dietary requirements, preferences or allergies as early as possible.
