Insurance coverage applies if the specified conditions are met and an event occurs that prevents the guest from using their ski pass.

Accident, illness, or death of the insured person

• The insurance coverage applies if the insured person cannot use their ski pass due to an accident, illness, or death.

Accident, illness, or death of a relative

• This includes life partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, or the children of the life partner.

Weather conditions

• Storms, avalanche risk, or excessive snowfall that results in fewer than five lift systems (sections) in the resort area being operational.

• Events known or occurring prior to the insurance purchase.

• Skiing off-piste.

• Pre-existing conditions or injuries diagnosed or treated before purchasing the insurance.

• Intentional acts, gross negligence, pandemics, natural disasters, as well as nuclear and chemical accidents in the country of residence or abroad.

• Events arising from participation in official competitions organized by a sports federation, as well as training for such competitions, when done professionally or under a paid contract, and liability associated with these activities.

• Participation in races with competitive character, even as an amateur.

• Additional exclusions are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

The insured person must provide all essential documents and information regarding the claim:

• Proof of insurance coverage

• Completed claim form

• Medical certificates (in case of illness or accident)

• Bank details
