Road cycling with the Swiss Snowsports School Andermatt

Our offers are ideal for athletic beginners with their own road bike as well as experienced cyclists looking to discover the Andermatt region or improve their technique.

• Community Ride: Weekly after-work ride to the Oberalp Pass with a guide and technical insights.

• Individual Tours: Tailored guiding including route planning, meals, accommodation, and transport – also available as multi-day tours.

No. In cooperation with Bikewelt Gisler, we offer rental road bikes starting at CHF 79 per day. Additional rental gear such as helmets or repair kits is also available.

Rental gear can be collected at the Piazza Gottardo in Andermatt Reuss.

• Fully functional road bike (if not renting)

• Helmet (mandatory)

• Weather-appropriate cycling clothing (layered)

• Sun and rain protection

• Drinks and snacks for the ride

• Lights and reflectors (especially for evening tours)

Every Friday from 4 July to 29 August 2025. Meeting point is at 17:00 at Piazza Gottardo in Andermatt. The route leads to the Oberalp Pass and back.

Approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including technical inputs and a closing drink (not included in the price).

Send us your preferred dates, fitness level, group size, and route or pass preferences via email. We will prepare a custom offer including a guide, planning, and, if desired, accommodation and transport.

Prices start at CHF 300 per pass. This includes a three-hour guided tour and organization of return transport.

• Lake Göschenersalp or Lai da Curnera

We offer private guiding as well as small group tours – both options are available.

Participation is at your own risk. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of each participant.

In the event of thunderstorms, snowfall, or road closures, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. Any fees paid will be refunded in full.

We are happy to advise you personally on your tour and assist with planning.
